Oologah-Talala Lower Elementary is proud to be a Title I school, which means we receive federal funding to help all students succeed academically. Title I is part of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) and is designed to support schools with higher percentages of students from low-income families.
The purpose of Title I is to ensure that every child receives a high-quality education and is able to meet challenging academic standards.
